This app comes with a collection of beautifully designed email signature templates. All you have to do is choose a template, customize your information, personalize icons and links, then copy it into your email client.

Steps for adding signatures to your email client differs depending on the client you use, check out our step-by-step instructions for Outlook, Gmail and Windows Mail.
The following template properties can be personalized:
- font style, font color and font size
- signature content supports rich text formatting with bold, italic, underline and bullet list
- social media icon images, image shapes, number of icons, size of icons and arrangement
- logo image, image shape and size
- vertical layout arrangement (i.e. drag and drop to move social media icons above or below main signature content)
- links (apply hyperlinks to text, photos and social media icons)
Yes! We are always working on adding new signature designs. Existing users get all app updates for free including all newly added templates.
- highlight text you wish to apply a link to
- in the text format toolbar, select “Link”
- enter link address and choose “Save”
- if applied successfully, the linked text will be updated to a blue color (with underline)
A social media icon gallery represents a row of social media buttons. Examples of popular social media buttons include Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. You can customize the number of icons you wish to include in your signature and add personalized icon images.
A note on gallery sizing:
The social media icon gallery requires a minimum padding spacing(to make it easier for users to select individual icons). When a manual size is set for the gallery that is smaller than the minimum spacing, this may block edges of circle shaped icons. This display affects the editor only and should not affect the exported mail designs. Please export the mail design and launch the HTML file in a browser to see the published layout.
- right click on icon and choose “Image Properties”
- enter link to your social media accounts under the “Link” field
- right click on icon and choose “Replace Gallery Image”
- you can use any image in JPG, JPEG or PNG format
- please select an appropriately sized image, if needed, resize the image in a graphic editing program first
- right click on any one of the icons and choose “Gallery Properties”
- change number of columns
